Livestock Inputs Team

Whatever your livestock, our focus is the same: improving efficiency and increasing profits of dairy, beef, sheep, poultry, pigs or equine through competitive procurement of feed, medicines and more.

Kristian Dunham

Head of Livestock Inputs & General

I cover one of the most diverse areas within AF with a wide variety of product areas.

I have been working with AF and our Members for much of my career, initially through an approved supplier before joining the General Supplies team within AF. Over the last four years I have moved on to become Head of Livestock Inputs & General, one of the most diverse areas within AF and one that crosses over with many other departments.  This position is key in that it gives me a unique insight into how the needs of our Members and the departments they use are intertwined, with many natural cross overs that, once identified, can add value for Members and maximise returns from every interaction.

Hannah Durham

Livestock Inputs & Feed Coordinator

I started at AF in the Member service team. I have enjoyed the journey to the Livestock Inputs team as animals, particularly horses, are a key part of my life and professional expertise.

I am R-SQP RAMA qualified to advise and prescribe for farm, equine and companion animals. I enjoy all aspects of farming but mainly enjoy the equine side. I have a First Diploma and National Diploma at Easton College in Horse management. This gave me the encouragement to work away in Texas, USA, for 2 years on a ranch. Easton college is also where I met my partner of 14 years to whom I live with in a small Norfolk village on his family’s arable farm along with our young children.

Alastair Nottage

Livestock Procurement Manager

My aim as Livestock Procurement Manager is to ensure best advice and service for our Members throughout the order process. I bring a wealth of experience to your AF Livestock Inputs team, having previously worked with dairy, beef, pigs, poultry, sheep & horses.

Rearing livestock has to be a collective effort between you the Member, your nutritionist and your AF Livestock Inputs team. So advising Members on the best way to procure what you need, and being able to deal with the wide variety of your enquiries is key – after all when it comes to livestock, no two seasons are the same!

Maureen O’Brien Key

Animal Health & Equipment Specialist

I have a vast amount of knowledge of animal health and an intricate understanding of AFs membership. I also work closely with suppliers to review terms and service levels.

I am a dairy farmer’s daughter and a R-SQP RAMA qualified to advise and prescribe for farm, equine and companion animals. I graduated from Harper Adams with a Hons BSc in Animal Science in 2004. I then travelled the Southern Hemisphere before joining AF 14 years ago as a livestock specialist and buyer. I went on to manage AF First Milk and then progressed to managing the AF Livestock team before becoming a mother of two boys.
